📸 HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO

1. Place your order on our website.

After checkout, save your order number.

2. Send us your photo.

Send your picture through our designated photo-submission contact and include:

Name:
Order #:
Photo:

For the best 3D result, use a clear, well-lit photo where the person’s face is fully visible. Avoid blurry pictures, heavy filters, sunglasses covering the eyes, or photos where part of the face is cut off.

3. We create your portrait.

Your submitted photo is used as the reference to create and 3D print your personalized bust.

4. We build your Paint Me 3D kit.

Your custom bust is packaged with the paints, brushes, markers, palette, reference picture, instructions, apron and gloves.

5. You paint it! 🎨

Use your reference picture for inspiration—or completely change the colors and make the finished piece your own.

On the page you’re building

I would also use that Custom Field section you showed me earlier.

Make one required field:

Field title:
Order Customization / Special Instructions

Then the customer can enter things like:

Couple portrait – please include both people.

But don’t use that field for the actual photo.

I would add a big instruction directly underneath the description saying:

After checkout, send your photo along with your order number. Your custom portrait cannot be started until your photo is received.
